Where your order ships from
All Starke America equipment and parts ordered on this site ship directly from the Starke America warehouse, 2371 N Rainbow Dr, Warsaw, Indiana 46582 — centrally located, so ground shipments reach most of the continental US in 2–4 business days. Orders are placed with Starke by Brockett Industrial Services as an authorized dealer; you'll receive tracking from us the day your order leaves Warsaw.
Lead times
- In-stock hoists, trolleys, parts and safety gear: typically ship within 1 week; stocked replacement parts are available for next-day delivery in the continental US.
- 48-hour quick ship: selected SMW and STW wire rope hoists and SCP VFD control panels. Ask us which models are currently on the quick-ship list.
- Non-stock wire rope hoists: approximately 12 weeks.
- FlexTrack curved conductor rail: 10–12 weeks after drawing approval.
- Crane kits and end trucks: confirm at order — most standard spans ship in 2–3 weeks; VFD panels not on the quick-ship list run 2–3 weeks from the factory.

LTL freight — how it works
Hoists, end trucks, crane kits, track and conductor bar ship by LTL freight on pallets or crates and are too variable to price at checkout. Choose LTL freight — quoted after order and pay for the equipment only. When Starke confirms your ship date we'll email you the exact freight cost (usually within 1–2 business days) with a secure payment link; nothing ships until you approve it. Lift-gate, residential and limited-access delivery are available — tell us in the order notes. If you have your own UPS, FedEx or LTL account, choose Your own freight account and send us the account number.
Receiving freight
Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage or shortage on the receipt and email photos to service@brockettindustrial.com within 48 hours so we can file the carrier claim on your behalf. Equipment ships FOB origin (Warsaw, IN); title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Have a forklift or pallet jack ready — freight deliveries are curbside unless inside delivery is arranged.
Per-foot items
Chain, cable, track and dust seal sold "per foot" are cut to the quantity you enter at checkout (quantity = feet). Bulk-pack conductor bar components are priced each and must be ordered in the full pack quantity shown.
Voltage on crane kits
Crane kits are supplied in 230V or 460V three-phase (460V only on 15 and 20 Ton). Specify your system voltage in the order notes or we'll confirm it with you before the order is released.
