Which PFlow lift is right for your building?

Hydraulic lifts are the most economical for two-level, moderate-load applications. Mechanical lifts are used for larger carriages, vertical rises over 22 ft, heavier loads, three or more stops, or high-cycle duty. Send us your levels, floor-to-floor height, heaviest load and available footprint and we'll specify the right series.

Hydraulic VRCs

PFlow D Series — Hydraulic, two-level, compact

  • Capacity up to 3,000 lb; carriage 6' x 6'; vertical rise up to 15'
  • Exclusive Dual-Pak design: no cables, chains or bearings to break or lubricate; direct-acting hydraulic cylinders
  • Ideal for mezzanines, balconies, stockrooms and retail back-of-house

PFlow 21 Series — Hydraulic, two-level, indoor or outdoor

  • Capacity up to 6,000 lb depending on carriage; carriage up to 12' x 10'; vertical rise up to 22'
  • 2-post straddle or cantilever configuration; chain-over-sprocket lift with synchronized torsion bar keeps the carriage level regardless of load placement
  • Low maintenance: annual hydraulic oil and filter change, periodic inspection
  • The workhorse for pallet loads to a mezzanine or second floor

Mechanical VRCs

PFlow M Series — Mechanical, 2-post straddle or cantilever

  • Loads to 10,000 lb, multiple stops, unlimited rise, continuous-cycle duty; speed upgrades to 400 FPM
  • Motor-driven chain lift with limit switches, motor overload protection, chain-slack sensors and safety cams that prevent unintended descent
  • Well suited to manufacturing, distribution and multi-level warehouses

PFlow F Series — Mechanical, 4-post heavy duty

  • Loads of 50,000 lb or more standard; custom to 200,000 lb; carriages from 6' x 6'6" to 30' x 30'; heights to over 200'
  • High-speed, high-cycle environments; multiple pallets, oversized material, large carts, vehicles and machinery
  • Conforms to ASME B20.1; built-in safety cams, chain sensors and overtravel protection

Specialty lifts

  • B Series Box Lift — fast, counterweighted lifting of small loads, cases and packages between levels
  • DB Series Package Lift — automated 100 lb package lift with carriage conveyor, 60 FPM standard
  • CartVeyor® — shopping-cart conveyors for multi-level retail
  • RapidStack™ modular and weld-free VRCs, plus custom and vehicle lifts for robotic parking, dealerships, work platforms and hopper transfer systems
PFlow VRC applications across manufacturing, distribution, retail and automotive
Freight, pallet, mezzanine and package lifts for manufacturing, distribution, retail, food processing, automotive, healthcare and self-storage

Turnkey PFlow installation by Brockett

  1. Application review — load, carriage size, rise, number of stops, gate and enclosure requirements, indoor/outdoor, cycles per hour.
  2. Engineering & code — PFlow engineering drawings, structural review, permits and inspections. We are licensed elevator contractors in Connecticut and hold licensing and certifications across 38 states.
  3. Installation — our own crews set columns, carriage and gates, run power to the control panel and commission the lift with load testing and operator training.
  4. Integration — mezzanines, guard rail, conveyor hand-offs, pallet racking and safety gates from the same crew.
  5. Service for life — preventive maintenance, annual inspections, emergency repair, parts and modernization of PFlow and other-brand lifts.

Why a VRC instead of a freight elevator?

  • Typically a fraction of the installed cost of a freight elevator
  • Falls under ASME B20.1 conveyor code, not passenger elevator code (materials only; riders prohibited)
  • Fits existing buildings: floor-to-floor, mezzanine, through-floor, exterior dock, or inside an existing elevator shaft
  • PFlow's lifetime structural warranty and guaranteed code approval in every state
